A Taste of Tuscany: £30,000 Raised to Protect Nature✨

An unforgettable evening celebrating Tuscany’s landscapes and those who protect them 🌻

Last week we flew to London for “A Taste of Tuscany”, our charity dinner organised thanks to the generosity of Lara Boglione, Managing Director at Petersham Nurseries Restaurant in Richmond and founding member of the Tuscany Environment Foundation (TEF).
We are still filled with joy and gratitude for the wonderful evening we shared with so many inspiring guests!

In a truly fairytale setting, 130 guests joined us to celebrate our shared passion for protecting and preserving Tuscany’s natural beauty for future generations.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised approximately £30,000 – an incredible result that will go directly towards revitalising Tuscany’s nature.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who made this dinner such a meaningful moment for TEF.

A special thank you to:
🍝 Chefs Fabrizio Bartoli and Gherardo Gaetani, who created an exceptional plant-based menu paired with extraordinary wines from Petersham Cellar.
🎁 Our raffle prize donors, whose generous contributions helped raise additional funds for TEF’s projects.
💐 The amazing Petersham Nurseries staff for their hospitality and impeccable organisation.
💥 Ben Goldsmith, for his inspiring and emotional speech reminding us why protecting nature matters more than ever.
💞 All the TEF Board members for their dedication, and 💚 the Conservation Collective team for their ongoing support.

Thank you all for being part of this unforgettable evening — and for helping us keep Tuscany’s landscapes wild, thriving, and alive 🌿
