Restoring the Tuscan Watershed workshops

TEF held a series of workshops in November, bringing the world’s leading watershed restoration practitioner, Zach Weiss to Italy for his first ever presentation in the country, ably assisted by Tuscany’s finest regenerative farmer and permaculture designer, Lorenzo Costa. The course was a sold-out event, held at the wonderful Tenuta di Paganico, with participants travelling from the US, Canada, Australia and from all over Europe to attend and learn the vital skills so desperately needed to understand how to restore our watersheds and bring water security back to our drying landscapes.
