A Dish for Biodiversity: Podere Arduino Supports TEF Throughout May

From the soil to the table, with a shared goal: to protect the beauty and natural richness of Tuscany. Throughout the month of May, the collaboration between Tuscany Environment Foundation and Podere Arduino turns into a solidarity-driven gastronomic experience.

A dish dedicated to the land

Podere Arduino, a beacon of regenerative agriculture in Bolgheri, has created an ad hoc dish to celebrate our mission. The protagonist is the Broad Bean and Burrata Tagliatelle, a recipe that highlights seasonal ingredients grown according to the principles of biodiversity and soil health.

Taste and solidarity: how it works

Choosing this dish during the month of May means actively supporting our environmental conservation projects:

For every “Broad Bean and Burrata Tagliatelle” ordered, €1 will be donated directly to the Tuscany Environment Foundation.

The funds raised will help finance our ongoing activities to preserve and restore the Tuscan natural heritage.

Why this partnership

The philosophy of Podere Arduino deeply reflects the core values of TEF. In an ecosystem where every plant and insect plays a vital role, the kitchen can become a powerful tool for awareness. Through this initiative, we invite our supporters to reflect on the importance of conscious consumption and the unbreakable link between high-quality food and a healthy environment.

How to partecipate

If you are in Bolgheri during May, we invite you to visit the Podere and try the tagliatelle dedicated to biodiversity. A small gesture that, when multiplied by every guest, can make a significant difference for our Tuscany.

  • Location: Podere Arduino, Bolgheri (LI).
